for now, oon delivers are only within the european union.
we plan to be taking the love your waste® mantra to other parts of the world pretty soon, and will extend our shipping policies to outside the EU.
you can choose between two methods of shipping, depending on the total amount of your purchase; the volume and weight of your order; the shipping address; and how speedy a delivery you want.
we currently use two shipping methods:
normal postal service - the good old no-frills nation wide service brought to you by the postal company. it doesn’t have many extras and is nothing but reliable, with the added benefit of your order being left in your postbox or at the nearest post office in case no one is at the address at the time of delivery. we only use this shipping method for orders up to 21 € or orders up to 1 kg of weight.
express postal service – this is the speedier shipping method, with registered delivery and a track and trace reference number so you can follow your order. if you missed the first delivery UPS (our logistics partner) will try to deliver it to you once again. this shipping method applies to orders over 21 € or orders which have a combined weight of over 1 kg.
we advise you to opt for a delivery address where it will be more likely that someone will be there to pick up your order.
we ask that you choose your delivery address carefully, assuring that there will be someone at the address to receive the parcel during working hours. the office maybe? avoiding a second delivery attempt reduces the carbon footprint on the entire process.

in the unforeseen event of a registered item being lost oon will re-issue your order (it is unlikely your item will get lost as 95% of all registered packages are delivered to their intended addresses). if you would like to cancel your order in the unlikely event of an item being lost we will reimburse you the total amount of your purchase plus any costs incurred with shipping.
if you didn’t collect your item with the post office within the regular collection period the item will be returned to us. we will then contact you so you can decide if you want to place a new order. we cannot reimburse you shipping costs if you decide not to reissue your order.

transport and logistics are one of the main areas affecting the environment and we are committed to doing whatever we can to reduce our carbon footprint in this area.
for that reason we have selected the most sustainable transportation methods with the aim of combining reasonable delivery timings with lower carbon emissions. our express service utilises road transportation only and we avoid the use of airplanes.
how to return an item
we deliver great products that make people love their household waste whilst addressing sustainability and placing a high value on the consumer experience. if for any reason you receive a faulty product or if you wish to return an item at any point, please follow the guidelines bellow:
go to the “my account” section on our website; you may cancel an order up to the point where the status shows as “processing order information”. once the order status changes t o "being processed" or "dispatched" you can no longer cancel the order, you can only return the items you receive (as the order will be underway )
if we make a mistake with your order or if you are not satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us. we will then advise you on how to return your item.
if you receive any damaged goods, please contact us immediately
if you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within the first 30 days of receiving it.
when you return goods to us, we will refund you the full amount you’ve paid for the goods but not shipping costs. we will only process refunds for items returned to us in their packaging, with all parts included and in good condition. goods with parts or components missing or damaged goods will not be accepted.
we will process your refund by using the same payment method you used to place your order.
for cancellations, you will not have to worry as the cost of the order will only be charged on dispatch.
