How to return an item
when we design our products, we try to make them the heart of a great experience. we want to ship great products that make people love their waste, addressing sustainability and value as a hole with a great consumer experience along. however, if you receive a faulty product or if you change your mind, please follow the guidelines bellow to return an item:
- you may cancel an order while it is under the following status, that you can check on your "my account"section:received; processing payment information;processing order information. once the order status is under "being processed" or "dispatched", you may only return the items that you will receive, because the order is already under way
- if we have made a mistake with your order or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know just that. we will accompany you with all the return arrangements
- if you receive any damaged product, please contact us immediately
- if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within the first 30 days after receiving the order
- for returns, you will receive the full refund without the shipping costs. refund will only be processed if the items you return are complete, with packaging and in good condition. incomplete or damaged products will not be accepted;
- the refund will be made through the same payment method that was used to pay the order.
- for cancelations, you will not have to worry as the cost of the order will only be charged on dispatch.
these conditions apply only to products purchased at the online oon store.
