please go through the following steps to complete your order:
1. choose an item
whether you’re buying an oon candlemaker, oonique candles or some of our accessories we hope to give you a new perspective on household waste.
2. add your items to the shopping basket
add the items to the shopping basket while you’re browsing. you can always remove those items later. we don’t take any payment until you go through checkout.
the top menu tells you the number of products you currently have on your shopping basket
3. proceed to checkout
you can review the contents of your shopping basket at anytime by clicking on the shopping cart icon
you can also proceed directly through to checkout by clicking on the checkout tab, on the top menu.
4. sign in
if you haven’t logged in yet, you will be asked to do so.
if you already have a oon account, then you should proceed by entering your e-mail address and password.
if you don’t have a oon account you will have to set one up in order to start shopping on our website. for more information on how to create an account go to the "create an account" section of this website. please keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide will be the address we will use to let you know about the status of your order.
5. enter the shipping address and the billing address
enter the address you would like your items to be shipped to, as well as the address you would like to b billed on.
you can choose from one of the previously created addresses , add a new address or edit the details on your current address.
you can be billed at a different address to the one you are asking your goods to be shipped to.
we accept any valid addresses within the European Union but please note we do not dispatch orders to a p.o. box address.
6. choose your shipping options
you will be given a series of options on shipping methods and costs, which depend on the weight and size of your order and on your shipping address.

7. review your order
you can review your order, edit quantities and delete items from your shopping basket at this point, before entering any payment details.
if you have a promotional code or discount voucher this is the time to redeem it. the price will be automatically updated once you enter the code for the promotion or discount voucher.
when you are ready for payment click on “continue” button.
8. submit payment
orders can only be processed once you enter the details of a valid payment method.
oon accepts various payment methods; you will be asked to enter the details of your chosen payment method.

9. check the status of your order
the process of shipping your order starts immediately after we receive payment from you.
you can follow the progress of your order in “my account” area.
once the order is shipped you will receive a track and trace reference number by email, which will allow you to follow your order in “my account” area.
